Pure Scam,
We went to buy a property in TDI main office but some how this guy got my number form the TDI staff.
The D block plot that TDI quoted me for 11600/gaj on March 3, this guy sold me one at 13,400 by convincing me that TDI dont really have plots and they are passwing time with you .(how stupid of me)
Now after buying this dealer quoted me sales proce of 9500/gaj.
It was shocked , terified and angry andto which he answered, market has a sudden fall and your plot is on panchayat road (which he himself sold me for saying best locaiton) .
Anyway, the scam didnt end here. I went into TDI officea as buyer and they acclaimed to be selling land in D block for 15000/gaj which made me but happy about my purachse but again when i was leaving they said , they may offer me for somehting below 12,000/gaj if i came with booking amount.
Guys pleas please dont buy a property from a delaer , you may be in peace assuming they are charding 1% but they are gulping in a whooping 30 % on each prooprty,
